Yes. Every Projul customer gets free onboarding and training. Our team will help you set up your account, import your data, configure templates, and train your crew. Most teams are fully up and running within 3–5 business days.

Can Projul's support team help with data migration?

Absolutely. Projul's in-house support team handles data migration at no extra cost. Whether you're coming from Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Jobber, spreadsheets, or pen and paper, we'll move your contacts, projects, and templates over for you.

Is there a self-help knowledge base or resource center?

Yes. Projul provides a self-help knowledge base with step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and FAQs covering every feature. You can access it anytime from within the app or from the support page on our website.
